Die WHMF ünterstützt den Dead Sea Marathon und die Society of carae for neurological patients weiterhin mit der
Lieferung von Rollstühlen, Walkern und anderen Hilfsmitteln.
The Dead Sea Ultra Marathon is proud to sponsor the Society for Care of Neurological Patients, a local charitable NGO offering
medical help to needy neurological patients. Established in 1986 under the honorary patronage of HRH Prince Hassan, and the
presidency of HRH Prince Firas Bin Raad, the Society has provided financial help (through an endowment fund) for necessary
medical services (neurosurgical operations) to countless numbers of people in need of assistance.
 Run to the lowest point on earth and raise money for the Society for Care of Neurological Patients.
A grueling, 50km run from the high elevations of the capital Amman, down to the lowest point on Earth. The Dead
Sea Ultra Marathon began in 1993 after the Amman Road Runners (ARR), a group of Jordanians and non-Jordanian residents
sharing the same passion for running, decided to present themselves with the ultimate challenge: the 50km run to the
lowest point on Earth.
